Donation & Refund Policy

At Veteran Building, we are grateful for your support. This policy explains our guidelines for donations and refunds.
Donations
All donations made to Veteran Building, whether online, by mail, or in person, are considered final and non-refundable.
Donations will be used to support our mission and programs as described on our website.
You will receive a confirmation and receipt for your donation by email or mail, as applicable.
Errors in Donation Amount
If you believe you have made an error in the amount of your donation or submitted duplicate donations, please contact us within 7 days of your donation. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund for the mistaken or duplicate amount.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your donation was made without your authorization (such as in the case of credit card fraud), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and our payment processor to resolve the issue.
Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel or change it, please contact us at least five business days before your next scheduled donation. We will process your request promptly.
